How do you pronounce gnuMail.org?
gnuMail.org is pronounced "NEW-mail dot Org."
The name is contrived from a childhood nickname given to the founder, while still in grade school, based on the similarity of his and a puppet reporter's name, Gary Gnu, from the 80's kid show--The Great Space Coaster. It is also based on the coincidence of name with an open source project, The GNU Project ("guh-NEW"), responsible for much of the software powering the gnuMail.org service, today.
